When a patient is too severely ill to leave their home for medical care it drastically limits the available care providers. I am likely on the best care plan I can be on and as a result, I may be the first known case of Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis going backward in the disease when the only options at other facilities is death or liver transplant and this is because of the biologics medicine treatments. It is an unintended consequence of being on biologics meds for intestinal issues like Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis and irritable bowel disease which are common with Primary Schlerosing Cholangitis. This is really happening for me
